When someone completes a paid application through your link, 20% of what they paid is added to your referral balance — $5.80 on a $29 Digital permit, $17.80 on the $89 3-Year Pass.

Referral Program Terms
- Commission is 20% of the amount actually paid on the referred order.
- One commission is paid per referred order that completes payment. Nothing is due on an application that is started but not paid for.
- Your link is stored in the visitor's browser for 30 days from the click, and attribution follows that stored link.
- Commissions are held for 30 days before they become payable. If the order is refunded, the commission is reversed in proportion to the refund.
- Balances are paid out, not redeemable against RoadSeal purchases. Payouts are by PayPal or bank transfer with a $50 minimum and are arranged manually — email [email protected].
- Self-referrals are not permitted. RoadSeal reserves the right to void commission from fraudulent referrals.
- RoadSeal reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
